Education - Higher Education

The Foundation recognizes the importance of Education as one of the Determinants of Health which contributes to the overall health and well being of individuals and the community.

The focus of the Foundation‘s Education Grant Programme is Higher Education.

The Foundation supports post-secondary education in Waterloo Region through grants to Conestoga College, Wilfrid Laurier University and University of Waterloo.

The Foundation will consider proposals of:

• capital campaigns

• programme development

• scholarships and awards

• applied research/evaluation of community initiatives in Waterloo Region
