September 15, 2010 Deadline; Lynda Silvester Award Application Form to apply for funding from the Lynda Silvester Award "Community Collaboration for Children"
February 15, 2011 Deadline; Children and Youth Capital -(not open) to apply for Capital Funding related to Children and Youth.

**IMPORTANT**
  • When you first log on to the application form, you will be required to create an account. You can access your saved information through your account.
  • When you first open the form, you will be prompted for a Tax ID. This is your Charitable Number (ending with RR0001).If you do not have a Charitable Number, but comply with the qualified donees requirements under the Income Tax Act, enter the first three letters of your organization into the Tax ID field.
  • At the bottom of every page there is a “Save and Finish Later” button. Failure to save your information to your account before exiting will result in the loss of any information you have just entered.
**TIP** You can change the FONT SIZE of the application form by changing the default font in the options of your browser.
